| The Mineral Springs Planning Board meets at 7:00 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Mineral Springs Town Hall located at 3506 S. Potter Road in Mineral Springs. Members of the Planning Board are appointed by the Town Council; they serve in three year terms. |

The Mineral Springs Board of Adjustments meets at 7:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month (when needed) at the Mineral Springs Town Hall located at 3506 S. Potter Road in Mineral Springs. Member of the Board of Adjustments are appointed by the Town Council; they serve in three year terms. |
